To ensure fairness and clarity for all our clients, please review our refund policy below:
1. Lesson Cancellation or Rescheduling: - If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with the required notice will not result in a refund Instead, you will be issued a credit equivalent to the value of the lesson. This credit can be used for any future booking. No credit or refund will be issued for cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the lesson.
2. Deposits for Courses and Activity Packages: - Deposits paid for courses, activity packages, and parties are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it secures your spot and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. - Additionally, no credits will be provided for cancellations or changes to these bookings.
3. No-Show Policy: - If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee will be forfeited, and no credit or refund will be issued.
4. General Terms: - All credits issued are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser or attendee. - We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. You will pay a £1.00 booking fee and this is non refundable. The price you will pay will be displayed when you proceed to checkout not at the Basket.
Wow Design Solutions Limited trading as EC Pro is unable to issue refunds and will only issue customer account credit in accordance with the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Customers may be able to access a refund by contacting the Yard, School or Livery directly and the Merchant of record for all transactions is Laura Brennan Equestrian Centre, and they shall be liable for all refunds and chargebacks. If you are not happy with the complaints procedure of your riding school/Livery Yard you can contact to take further action.
